3. Payments

• Payment terms and service fees will be clearly communicated before work begins.
• Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule and selected package.
• Additional services or revisions outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

4. Intellectual Property

• Client content remains the property of the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Original materials created by Big League Publishers may be subject to the terms of the selected service package.
• Clients must have the appropriate rights and permissions for all submitted materials.

5. Limitation of Liability

We make reasonable efforts to provide reliable and professional services. However, Big League Publishers shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or unforeseen losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
