Client / You — Any individual or entity purchasing or requesting services.

Services / Products — All writing, publishing, marketing, design, and related services offered by the Company.
Order — A confirmed request for services placed via website, email, phone, or written communication and validated by payment.
4. Scope of Services
Services are delivered according to the agreed project scope, proposal, or package selected at the time of order.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate project requirements, source materials, approvals, and feedback within reasonable timeframes. Delays in client response may affect delivery timelines.
All services are customized and prepared specifically for each client project.
5. Intellectual Property & Ownership
Upon full payment of agreed fees, the Client retains rights to the final approved deliverables, unless otherwise stated in writing.
The Company does not reuse or resell completed client manuscripts or proprietary content.
The Client is responsible for ensuring submitted materials do not infringe third-party copyrights or rights.
6. Payments & Orders
Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment (full or partial as agreed). Payments may be made through approved payment methods offered at checkout or via invoice.
By submitting payment, the Client confirms acceptance of the service scope and these Terms & Conditions.
All prices and service inclusions are defined at the time of purchase or proposal.
7. Revision Policy
Where revision rounds are included in the purchased package, revisions are provided within the defined scope of the original brief.
Revisions outside original requirements, change of direction, or added material may require additional fees.
Revision requests must be clear and documented.
8. Refund Policy
Due to the customized nature of publishing and creative services, refunds are limited and conditional.
Change of Mind (Early Stage)
A full refund may be requested before project work has started. Once work has begun, administrative and processing fees may apply.
Requests made shortly after order placement may be eligible for partial refund subject to processing deductions.
Service Quality Concerns
If delivered work materially fails to meet the documented project requirements, the Company will first offer revisions, reassignment, or corrective work.
Refunds are considered only after reasonable revision opportunities have been exhausted.
Partial refunds may be issued where mutually agreed, depending on completed work stage.
Delivery Delays
If delivery is significantly delayed due solely to Company fault and documented communication attempts have been made, a partial or full refund may be considered.
No refunds apply where delays result from client inaction, missing materials, or approval delays.
Refund Claim Period
Refund requests must be submitted within 120 days of delivery. Claims made after this period will not be processed.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued where:
- Client requirements changed after approval
- Client delays caused timeline impact
- Minor technical issues are correctable via revision
- Work was approved by the client
- Subjective dissatisfaction without requirement breach
- Service value has already been substantially delivered
9. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate instructions
Submit required materials on time
Review drafts promptly
Give clear feedback
Ensure legal rights to submitted content
The Company is not responsible for errors originating from client-supplied material.
10. Confidentiality
Client manuscripts, project materials, and communications are treated as confidential and used only for project execution.
Non-disclosure agreements may be executed upon request for active projects.
11. Third-Party Platforms
Publishing, distribution, and marketing services may involve third-party platforms. Their policies, fees, timelines, and decisions are outside Company control.
The Company is not liable for third-party platform actions, delays, or policy changes.
12. Limitation of Liability
The Company’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service purchased. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.
No guarantees are made regarding book sales, rankings, media coverage, or commercial performance.
13. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions become effective upon website publication.
Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updates.
14. Governing Law
